Why and how to use

Important: No recipe - can be disassembled later

This item is meant to strenghen the buildup of tanky heroes and assist support players who can get their hands on a little gold to build this basic allround armor.

For Support and other squishies who can't affort to put too much gold in armor

Currently, when facing 2 burst damage heroes like Deadwood and Gauntlet, most supports can't afford to buy a big armor item like Headdress or a Platemail, neither can they buy strong enough HP boosting items to survive. They get PK caught, they die for sure.

This item, having a very easy buildup, could be used as a counter to these kinds of lineups - of course it's only a small assistance but nevertheless it only takes one inventory slot, so it still allows you to carry boots, wards, counter wards, a port and another item of choice like Ring of the Teacher.

For tanky heroes

Heroes like :arma:Armadon, :mora:Moraxus, :legi:Legionair and :zeph:Zephyr can head for this item first and then look to disassemble it later, making it into a Deamonic Breastplate and Shamans Headdress (Barrier Idol).

Would make a lot of tanky heroes more viable. Hellbringer and Soul Reaper and pretty mucha any hero that builds an Astrolabe would benefit a lot from this I guess.

I often get a mystic vestments early and don't upgrade it for a long time. But the chainmail i do upgrade to either plated greaves or astrolabe.

hon needs more defensive items like this
just take a look at the inventories of the tanky heroes (:krak::defi::ramp::zeph: etc.)
most of them will buy hotbl and/or hood
there should be more alternative
imo it wouldnt even be wrong if magic resist stacks until some point

Uh, no.

Honest opinion:
[One] What's the point? Most items that aren't just by themselves either do more than give stats, or actually give more extra stats than just ONE to each stat.
[Two] There aren't that many common builds in HoN that would take advantage of all three items in the first place- you'd end up selling the items for inventory space when you finally get that shamans or barbed armor or DPlate or whatever else you'd want it for.

tl;dr version:
Just not that useful enough.

Suggestion: Scrap the minor totem OR add an additional +1 to each stat or something- that way at least it makes a difference. Or, hell, give it more magic armor, regular armor, whatever.

Because honestly, if I really AM scraping gold at the bottom of the barrel, I'm not going to get this item just to sell one or more of the parts back unless it's worth whatever gold I'm NOT going to get back when I sell the parts.

I wish you luck with your submission regardless!

Imo this is op. If your going for Headress and Armor (Barbed or Sols) you may not be able to combine some parts into 1 slot for 0 cost.
