I didn't thoroughly test it but it worked for me when I made a practice game. Put it with your other S2Z files.

it doesnt work in public games.

I just tested it, works for me in all modes. You sure you put it in the right folder?
It goes in C:\Program Files...\Heroes of Newerth\Game
