Mine has been solved for over a month. James helped fix it with updating drivers, but it's back with a vengeance.

All he had me do was update my drivers and it worked previously. Currently my drivers are up to date and that cannot be any problem.
Your system specifications may be too low to run the game on higher settings. Have you tried tweaking your settings, assuming you can launch the game properly at all? It appears the game is running out of memory and/or is struggling to render the game during the update process.

Nope I turned all the settings off or down to low and it didn't change the outcome.

Your processor actually doesn't meet our system requirements, that MIGHT be it. Is it being throttled somehow?

I don't understand why all this would be the problem for UPDATING when I play the game fine and download the game fine.

.25.0 just came out and have to download again. .24.1 came out and no problem.
