choppy movement

hey,
i got hon a couple days ago but when i try to play a game all the movements are very choppy. but when im standing still its not choppy.

i turned all graphics to low and turned off the checkmarks but its still the same.
im not sure how to fix this

Right above this thread, in the box that say "Notices", read the huge letters there, then click on the orange ones.
