Lagging in all europe servers need help

Today in the morning logged on, started hon wanted to play i seen all europe servers with 250+ ping i went out came back same

restart computer, restarted router same

have called my internet company they said we have just checked on your internet connection and it's all fine, check with your game servers

This is a networking issue, not a server issue. Read the networking wiki pages and post in the correct section.
