Hello HoN Staff,

I have recently purchased an account on March 26, And I used Paypal for this.

My account name is Zarota, Which I created as trial referred to Anarchus.
My account has not been updated (from trial to full) but the purchase has been made.

My Paypal shows that I have paid the 10USD (7,29 Euros) and that the status of the transaction is completed.
But I still cannot play on my account and the "Pre Purchase HoN" button is still there on top of the site.

I have emailed S2games and HoNsupport but they haven't responded to my mails.
I also couldn't find the help I needed from the Q/A Database, Is there anything else I can do?


So I was wondering, When will my account be activated and ready to play?

When I look up your account, it doesn't show any purchase history, so something must've gone wrong. You are going to have to wait for customer support, as they are the only ones that can manually look up the transaction ID you provided.

Anyway, I can see that you have sent them 6 emails (creating 6 tickets) in the past three days.
When you send an email to support@heroesofnewerth.com, it creates a ticket and you should get an email back. If you reply to that email, it will add your reply to the ticket, rather than creating a new ticket, so please do that in the future.

I'm going to close five of them, I'll leave 5683-MWSB-8506 open.
