Just a quick question, a lot of guides (especially for Agi heroes) advocated getting Steamboots. My question is with the change to the boots (Enhanced now having damage and attack speed on top of the phasing) is it now worth it to get these on Agi carries or should steam still be the choice with the +10 stat?
