Allright, I have this item in playdota.com, and now I will convert the suggestion to HoN!

Background story: The shield was crafted by an experienced elven blacksmith, Llorien. He built the shield to protect his people. It served him well... until he died.---

NEW STATS:
+ 20 to all stats (+3!)
+ 8 HP/sec (+2!)
+ 150% Mana Regen
+ 5 Armor
+ Active Ability: Null Mirror----
ACTIVE: NULL MIRROR!
On activation, you'll get a magic barrier, which will reflect the first targeted spell. The magic barrier lasts for 5 seconds or until the spell is reflected.
WHEN ACTIVATED, YOUR HERO WILL HAVE A COSMETIC BARRIER AROUND YOU! (So enemies can see that you are using the shield)
Cooldown of the active ability is 25 seconds. (25-5 = 20, so its same as Null Stone's)----
This item is great pretty much for any type of hero, quite a nasty one to farm, but still superior, when farmed.
You can think of yourself, why this item is imba, and why it is not.
The cost of the item is high, but it is imba. "O HAI, I REFLECT YOUR STUN, NOW YOU DIE!"

THE REFLECTION DOESN'T STACK WITH NULL STONE'S SPELL NEGATION! ! !
THE ITEM REFLECTS THE SPELLS, THAT ARE SINGLE TARGET ONLY (SAME SPELLS AS NULL STONE WOULD NEGATE), AoE SPELLS ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THIS ITEM!

Also, I would love to get some help with the cosmetic barrier, it could be the same as the Spell Shield items (cant remember HoN name, in DotA its Khadgar's Magic Pipe) <-> Just in different color!
