The problem seemed to be LogMeIn, I removed all LogMeIn stuff on my comp and the game was runing well.
The fact is that now it's going bad, again. I really dunno why..

EDIT :
I did :
-uninstall all mods and run the game without
-reinstall HoN completly
-disable all possible complict programms
-update my GC drivers (but the problem is only on HoN and not on other games, so...)

Dudes I'm playing this game for 1 year or much, and now I just ****ing can't play THIS IS UNPLAYBLE, I got like 20FPS perma and 5FPS in Teamfights, this is ANNOYING.

You see from 0:15 to 0:30, without anything happening but Illusions, it starts lagging like WTF, then it stops lagging at 0:30....
The FPS are not that correct since I'm recording a video, but it shows how they go down for nothing...
Another consol.log and his video. You can see on the video, I have 100+ FPS when I'm looking at a single hero, and when there is 2 or more heroes, it starts going -30 FPS....
On the video and the consol.log I desactivated all my sounds to see if it wasn't the sound drivers... but that's the same...
I tried to play on practical, and even when I spawn 10 Pebbles and use Balphagore with 5 minions + Geo + Puzzle box + Ultimate, I still have good FPS.
WTF ?

EDIT : In the consol.log it seems like the lag spikes are relayed with "Widget group "" not found"
EDIT2 : In some other posts on the forum I saw it would be some ATI last driver Update that would cause all this... I'm watching still to see if there is a solve and if it's really that...

Well, you're using mods. Please try disabling those.
I posted some consol.log just recorded just after re-installing the game and without any mod.

Mods doesn't change the fact I'm lagging refering to tests I made myself to see if this was the mods, so...

Tobias isn't saying that Mods caused your issue. He is saying that we DO NOT support mods. Meaning, if mods are in use while you show us a console log, we can not help you. Mods can cause errors in the console log that make it hard to diagnose issues.
If you currently reinstalled the game, and have uninstalled all mods, please upload a console.log file from this clean version of HoN so that we can attempt to solve your issue.

In the last console.log you're still using mods, can you give me a console.log where you disabled your mods and lowered everything to low etc.?
I deleted everthing in and the directory \mods in the \game folder, in HoN Mod Manager I deleted everything too.
Doesn't the one I linked just before help ? This one really wasn't with any mod for sure

The second last one is without mods, but it's the last one you said you lowered the settings in, and that one has mods. So I need one with lowered settings and no mods.

Well, I'm pretty sure the problem is your CPU. Is it supposed to run at 1.6ghz, or is that due to some kind of power saving?
It runs at 1.6ghz and set 2.8ghz on "turbo" mode if needed (when I play a game as example...).
I run many games without any lag on very high/ultra modes, my comp is fine to run HoN in all low I think...

Maybe this says that's not the computer but some problem in the connection or something ?
I'm not on Wifi, I'm on Ethernet and I just switched the old for a good new one to see if it was that...

Can you try and force it to use turbo mode? (It might not identify HoN properly as an application that needs more resources).
Even with 1.6ghz it should be enough to run HoN in all low graphism... And why wouldn't it lag in Pratice at all ?
But well, I'll try to force the turbo mode to see if it goes best
(do you know how to force the turbo mode btw ? I know how to overclock, but force the turbo mode... not in the bios. I'll search on the net, but if you know it would be easier)

I don't know, no. But it's probably in your "power" settings somewhere.
And 1.6ghz is NOT enough to run HoN.
Well, I just downloaded a soft showing the Ghz, and my comp is on turbo mode (2.8Ghz) when I'm playing HoN (around 2.2/2.5 global)

I'm saying the numbers on the software... This is the frequence the core is using, I guess (over the 2.8ghz total).
Anyway, it says I have more than 1.6ghz and that's prolly not that the problem imo

Ehhhh ? No, that's the normal use of my computer and he works perfectly on every game but HoN...
Maybe it could have been the turbo mode not setting on HoN, and as I just said my computer runs on 2.8ghz when runing HoN, so that's not the problem...
What about the consol.log ? Does it says anything...?
If the problem was the Frequence-use or whatever of my comp, I would have as much problems on other games...

Your console.log tells me that your CPU is running at 1.6ghz, which is why I want you to try and disable that feature.
That's not a "feature", just that he runs at 1.6ghz and switches to 2.8ghz when needed (and he IS doing this switch when I'm playing HoN).
Your consol just doesn't detect this switch, but I'm sure that he is NOT runing at 1.6ghz when I'm playing HoN.
I can even play at Dead Space 2 in High (as example) while HoN in running... And he is not lagging at all...
I got one of the best Laptop, it CAN'T be that he isn't powerful enough dude...

I said I don't have any lag in Practice mode, even with spawning many many things that may make me lag.
It means it's some connection problem, no ?
I tried change my Ethernet cable to a best one but it didn't go any best.
Do I have to open some ports that may make me lag ?

The thing is, this is not actually a connection issue, as far as I can see. When you're playing, the network traffic puts extra strain on your CPU, which is probably why it doesn't happen in practice mode.
I'd guess that updating your network driver might help.

Just updated them when I updated the Graphic ones. I did it again. Doesn't change anything still..
The fact is, I can not be lagging at all, like hitting creeps in laning phase vs 2 heroes, and then it lags for 5-10 seconds then stops.
When I'm in teamfights on with 4+ heroes on the screen, it 99% time lags perma.

But it seems like the first games I play each game doesn't lag, that's strange.
Though, it's not my computer/CPU/what ever that goes out of power, as I said many times, everything works, even Practice without any lag.
That's like only online-games on HoN go worst the most I play...
I'll EDIT when I'll upload some consol.log where I lag.

0% lost, 56ms to 92ms, average 57ms (only 1 was 92ms I think).
Nothing wrong with the traceroute or anything...

Was that the default 4 pings or did you tell ping to do 500? The default 4 isn't nearly enough to make any determinations.
Also, in the console (ctrl+f8), could you do host_drawfps 1. I read through your posts but didn't see any data on framerate.
That was 500 times of 1300 bytes packets test.
On the videos I sent the host_drawfps 1 was enabled, but is there any way to "record" them ? Into text I mean, not just "seeing".
I'm usually around 100/120+ when nothing special happens, and ~20/40 when there is many heroes and starts lagging.
Btw I totally reinstalled Windows and I'm now runing it without anything installed (but drivers and softwars needed, HoN, Messenger, Chrome and Teamspeak).
This seem A BIT better than before, but still really annoying and anormal lags I shouldn't have.
I posted on then HoN community French site too, and the people trying to helping me are disappointed too...

It seems to be some sort of odd issue where the networking stack is taking up more cpu usage than it should. That should mean it's a broken network driver.
At this point, it's hard to tell exactly what's causing it. Do you have a memory stick or old hard drive lying around that you could install ubuntu on? It's easier and faster than windows to install and as the drivers and network stack are completely unrelated to windows, it should give an idea of if there's a hardware or software limitation.
I have my old PC just next to me.
Maybe I should try play HoN on him and see if the lag is the same ? (he should run it I think)

That would be a good test.
The thing is, I get the same lags when I'm not playing at home, that's not the connection itself imo... Something with the network driver or dunno..?
I'll try playing on my old comp anyway to see (I'll lag for sure tho, but not in the same way as I do with this one)
I just did a quite annoying game, I was lagging and I got a "new" kind of lag and I saw bad things in the consol...

I just played on my old PC and it doesn't seem to be lagging, tho I did only 1 game and it's possible that that's not accurate. Still, I'm lagging even with another connection with my laptop, so...

Yep. (didn't take time to configure him for a while, that's probably why he has many TCP problems)
I'm doing another test right now on the Laptop, I desactivated the Windows Firewall. I'll do a game to see, too...

Well, that shows a 5-10% decrease in buffering, so you might notice a difference.

Do you have any other "security software" installed? Any software that takes up bandwidth?
Does your other computer not lag AT ALL, or just less?
Didn't see any lag in the game I made. Maybe tomorrow I could try do more games on the old PC, but tbh he is boring and I don't think he has the problem too.
I have AVG Free edition, but I use this for a long time I doubt this is the cause...

I unsintalled AVG and tried another one, who seem to be working better for applications such as games etc.. : Bit Defender.
I'm not having something like epic bad framrate each time there is 2/3+ heroes on the screen anymore, but I'm still having some random 3 to 6 seconds mini-lags (that are a bit differents tho, less annoying, don't know how to explain it... that's like "more FPS when lagging"), AND I am having sometimes, randomly, an epic 2 seconds freeze...

Well, you're using mods. I'd suggest disabling those.
Not using any mod no. Didn't install any mod since I reinstalled windows. The \game\mods\ file is empty.
I'm re-installing anyway. We'll see.

I see less network lag, that's the only difference I noticed.

I didn't play for 1 week, I did 6 or 7 games in a row without any lag, then it started lagging as before...
The most important is that I tried again doing Practice, it's not lagging at the begin as I said, BUT now I got the same lags in Practice than online (needed to try longer in the game, and then it starts lagging...)
That's definitively not the connexion...
Now I really don't know why my comp doesn't work well especially on HoN, since it works fine on other games, all my drivers are updated, I re-installed Windows completly and run HoN without any program/mod runing while I'm playing....
