Im looking for a program that can record my screen and sound. Im planning on making a montage and my current program is not allowing me for any high quality. I want atleast 720p when I upload it to youtube. I currently use "Fraps 2.9.4 Build 7037". I got it from a friend.

Fraps is pretty good, FME works OK if your PC is a beast. If Fraps won't do 720p the issue is on your end.

The best one I've ever found is called Growler Guncam. I know it sounds shite, but the recording quality is amazing, and it's very easy to use. It has a lot more options than Fraps, which I found extremely basic, almost to a fault.
