Stats bug

Hi all
i recently purchased an MMR and normal mod stats reset

it's worked fine
but not as intented cause since i reseted it, it also reset some of my public stats or bugged them
it put back to 0 my number of game and others stats (ck, cd, wards, xp....)
But only in game, not on the website, where they still are my 600+ game played
And i played 1 game since it and now my stats display strange number like 2500000+ game lenght

But i didn't want or purchased a public stats reset, all i bought it was an MMR and normal mod stats, and i don't want a part of my public stats be back to 0

I contacted the customer service but they said they have no ability to change individual stats
But i paid for MMR reset, and i don't want public reset

And my stats are still exist on the website
so i think there is a way to get them back still they are on the web site

so pls how can i get them back?
someoene can help?

i paid for something and i got a bug with it
so i hope we can fix it quickly

I apologise for the inconvenience caused by this. Your ticket should've been forwarded to someone who could've helped you, we can't help you here on the forum.

Anyway, I have spoken to the customer support manager, and she fixed it (any games you played after this might've been lost though, I'm not sure).

Most employees in customer support don't have access to change those stats, only the ones they told you. They are supposed to forward tickets like that to the people who can, but there must've been a misunderstanding.

Anyway, I'm going to close this then.
