screen randomly scrolling

While playing or watching replays my screen will randomly start scrolling. I can keep it in the same place by scrolling the opposite direction with my mouse but i can't stop it from scrolling without a letting it run its course for about thirty seconds and it has happened at some very bad times. This is not my putting the mouse in a bad spot or centering on something. It happens randomly and requires me just wqaiting till it lets me have control back.

That's odd. Which graphics card do you use? Are you pressing your arrow keys? How many monitors do you use? And at what resolution do you play?
