Long frequent pauses

Every few minutes the game will freeze for 4 or so seconds. I lose control of my hero and he sits idle doing nothing. I'm using a wireless connection at the moment and am using the mac client.

I'm going to move your issue to the Mac/Linux section, but I suggest you try connecting with a cable to see what happens then.
