Mac laptop experiencing lag (even in menus)

Hi, i think i have read a little about other people having this problem but it doesn't seem to be solved.

I have been playing HON since de beta and it never lagged or anything, somehow, I have played a few time this week and lag appeared.

The first time it happened i restarted my computer and it fixed it. But now, no mater what i do, it won't do away. Its basically very choppy from the menus to ingame making it very boring and impossible to play.

If you are using any mods, please try disabling them.
