Had an idea for a slither avatar based on the Frillneck lizard found in australia. a much larger one was seen in Jurassic park eating the fat man in the truck. seems only natural that a 'giant' lizard could spit poison and you could have his ulti burst from behind the frill. plus slither invokes a reptilian image anyway.
