hotkeying so that your spell casts on yourself

Is there a way to hot key it so that you just have to hit a couple buttons to cast your spell on yourself? For example, if I'm accursed and i want to put the shield on myself i would normally hit the hotkey to activate the spell but then i'd have to point my arrow on myself. It would be great if i could hotkey another button so that i could hit the 2 hotkeys consecutively to automatically cast the spell on myself. Any advice would be appreciated :)

Where do you find out this info? Is there a thread on hotkeys or did you just pick it up randomly?
