Frezz for 2seconds every loading

Every time if i want do join a game i cot a 2second frezz @ loading screen... in this time cpu usage is @ 100% (1core) the other 5 cores 0-1%

i dont know if it is graphic or cpu bug....

i tried to start hon with dx11, but... no way :D
i tried to start hon with more as 1 core,but ...the same like dx11 xD

i tried "-vid vid_gl2"... its loading faster but after few secounds the game is frezzing and i have to close hon.exe

new windos 7 x64 installed and cleaning every day :D
