Int semi-carry / pusher (Khan)

I kind of new to the whole create a char. idea so i thought i would give it a try. I loved dota, and many of the chars i liked to play never seem to ether make it over or only 1 or too abilities are ported over and nulls the original char. from ever coming to hon. so i figured i would try and recreate a hero i loved from dota (KotL) and give him a new look and twist to make him more hon friendly. I'm open to all suggestions so here is Khan, the Vengeful.
