Lately i've had really slow loads.

Normally I lag reallllly hard at the begging of the game so it looks like im afking in the pool for about 30-40seconds. And after the game has ended and I press disconnect I'm stuck on that screen for about a minute.

What causes this, and how can I improve my performance?

Also, sometimes whenever alot of people cast their graphi heavy spells, IE:tempest ulti, zephyr ulti, hellbringer ulti etc. I lag REALLY REALLY HARD





Running a 10.6.5 mac, is it the version problem? should i downgrade it?
