Best way to level Thunderbringer

Hi all,

I've played in a lot of games recently with a few friends who use Thunderbringer. I noticed that they always have a hard time leveling him. By mid to late game they are always a few levels behind everyone else even though they may have more kills, less deaths, and more assists. Is there a good strategy that allows TB to farm better?

Go mid, you'll get a level advantage as you aren't splitting xp, this usually makes up for the fact you can't actively farm. Oh, and gank, that gets you XP too.

Well one of my 1st mistakes when i 1st used Zeus @ Dota (same as Thunderbringer here, was that while i was watching a battle in the far edge of the map, and was ready to use my ulti if needed, i was staying motionless in a safe spot , losing exp. Ensure that you dont do that too.

Apart from this if you gang normally and stay in lanes when you cant, you wont have problems.

P.S. don't waste time get back and buy or replenish mana. Buy a courier.
