White on the screen + cant use inventory?

Ok, so today i was playing a game on my new account, and when i login alot of the menu buttons were in white, so i went and thought, oh maybe its my mods or something, so i went and deleted all of them, but then i went into a game, and the score thing and the menu button were off were they were supposed to be, there was white around it, and when i bought items it would give me the stats, i just couldnt see them in my inventory, use them, or buy new items, which is obviously a problem.

I shouldve gotten screenshots, and im afraid to enter another game because i had a horrible game because of it.

It sounds like outdated mods to me.
