I've played alot of heroes of newerth and when matchmaking was still under development we noticed that the french servers was unplayable. Ping spikes ALL the time. It's not just for me, everyone in the game notices this. We are some friends from sweden playing, we live in different citys and have different internet connections but it dosent matter the ping spikes are still there. It is so bad that the game often show the disconnect icon in the bottom left corner. You should either look into the routing on the french servers or put in an option to let us deselect french servers in the match making. It is so bad that all of us allways consider to disconnect from the game when we get these french servers.

I could paste 10 of these but first of all i dont think you have the time to watch them and its hard to find the right matches.
The point is that it is every time we play on french servers we get this spikes, sometimes they are small, but as shown in the game 30041272 it is REALLY bad sometimes.
I don't want to pay for a game that dosent work half of the times cuz of the french servers.
