Extremely Low FPS!!

Well, I hasn't played HoN for almost 4 month, before my graphics were fine, I could play with quite high settings and still have 40+ FPS

However, when I came back, the FPS is suddenly ridiclously low, even with everything on low it can barely reaches 20 fps, and most of the times in the 10s....

Your cpu is either underclocked or your bios isn't reporting it right:

Make sure your bios is up to date. It should be on your laptop manufacturer's website.
