I don't think you can move coins from one account to another, but you can purchase coins for another account.

but if i get a secodn account and i want to mvoe mi coins to the another account cuz the another account i dont goona use it mroe and i want his coins to mi new account D:

If you get a subaccount, your main account and your subaccount will share coins.
