first crashed and then cant reinstall

Hi,
i got the 'BuildBlock: Block Truncated' error message, i read the instructions and went on to reinstall HON, but i got 2 problems:
1. i cant delete the console.log and shadercache.s2z files
2. i download the client install but during the install preparation i get an error message: 'Installer integrity check failed. common causes include incomplete download and damaged media...', of course i tried several times, but nothing.

if you can't delete HoN there is a chance HoN is actually still running

open up the task manager and kill all instances of hon.exe you see
