Beta Electrician Soundset

-I had an old, beta installer of HoN lying around.
-I always preferred the old, beta Electrician soundset over the new one.

+Thus, I made a beta Electrician soundset.

This changes the voice of the Electrician to his old voice, which many people thought had too many effects to it. (I thought it was awesome.)

Mac:
1. Press Finder
2. Press Applications
3. Right click 'Heroes of Newerth', and press Show containing files
4. Open Game folder
5. Move file here
