Patch error

Hi. When i start to downloading the new patch 2.0.11.0 - 2.0.12.0, it buggs. I get to the black screen and it suspose to download done, but it stops and HoN just crashes. It says "Would you like to save a crash report?" and when i press yes or no, it doesn't help.

Please help me!
