View Full Version : [SOLVED] K2 exception errors = :(

Sigh, same old, same old K2 exception errors that have been giving us all trouble for the past 20 or so patches. Long story short, like many of your other customers, i am getting that error and it is irreversible. I have tried all the solutions, and yet i am not able to play.

Patch 2.011 to 2.012, the download part of the website is not updated, so i cannot re-download and reinstall the new client like before. I tried every other solution, such as installing older clients and downloading the patch from there, but again, that did not work. I am sick and tired of this, as i have to download the client via the website every time there's a new patch, and you know, bandwidth isn't free.

I went to the game.log or w.e it was, and emailed customer support with that info. Here it is again...

As you see, i was not able to download and fully complete the instalation of the new patch, or [U]any released patches. Please help...

ugh honestly i get my email answerd saying:
As it is, currently, our best tech support workers help users through the forums. Have you tried creating a ticket and working with one of them to find a solution?

No offense, but tbh that does not help me at all, and so, i believe that the customer's wishes are not being listened to.

Yes.... thank you... i will be sure to download this new version as of getting home.

Note: please upload this new version of HoN on the download section of the website so other people like me getting the same error can once again be able to play.

I don't have the power to do so, unfortunately. But I have already asked in the internal forums why this hasn't been done so far.

thanks again, would be delightful for more of a real solution to the problem, rather than ignoring it and reinstalling.

Well, they are aware of it and I am sure they are working on a permanent fix.
