I've tried to log into my account several times but still cannot get in.
Whenever I try and log into the game It gives me the following message:
Login failed: Login is unavailable for your account.
As far as I can tell, I am not banned and I can log into the HeroesofNewerth.com website with no problems.
To make sure it was not a problem on my end, I tried logging into the game on a friend's account and that worked perfectly fine.
I've tried changing the password but with no effect.
I'm completely out of ideas as to why this is not working.
Note that this account has not been used in a long time and I am using a different computer than I previously used to play the game and no longer have access to the old computer.
