So just like everyone else in HoN im having the constant dc icon issue, for 5 incarnations of the game in several separate patches on different hard-drives, reinstalled Os the whole nine yards. You aren't helping anyone, worst tech support ive ever seen. You can keep asking people to upload their consoles, but I've personally seen like 25 different LONG INVOLVED DETAILED posts, and not only do you not even answer these posts, sometimes you ask for more information, and then weeks later you never return.

How many customers are just itching for dota 2, i mean at least there i imagine i wont have to wait more than 5 patches for them to fix a widespread unplayable issue.

I would love to try and help you solve your issue, but you haven't really given me any information to go on.

There is no "one" issue that you are all experiencing, the people who are seeing this icon, are experiencing different problems, it is a generic icon that appears when you experience a network related problem.
