Twitching animation

Yesterday I bought HoN. I played during the period of OBT, and i had no problems then, everything was perfect.
When i installed game and started my first game at this acount i was shoked:
Every hero, every unit, arrows have very low fps animation when they move. Also i noticed that the animation is just perfect when the hero stand still.
But when i give an order to the hero he does it withought delay.


In practice game all is just perfect, but still i want to go online :)
I deintstall antivirus, turned off firewall and forwarded ports in my router.
My internet has bandwith of 50 mb.

Tried to lower the settings. Set everething to minimum - still bad animation =(

Is the issue "constant" during the entire match, or does it only happen at certain times? Also, do you experience any kind of delay when you issue commands (ie. move commands)?

it is constant, from spawning at start of the game and untill it ends =(. No, no delays when i issue commands (skills cast as fast as i click button, hero moves after click etc)

... I'm waiting for reply for 1 week already. I answered your question, now what? The lags are still in game. I'm playing various online games and stream the games (it requieres 3.5 mb\s output), so what the problem?? Why do i have lags only in HoN?

And as i said before, I had no problems in beta, and no problems in practice, no delay of commands in game. My computer easy allows to play SC2 on euro/american servers. Answer pls
