Hatchet: Specifically, If I have a hatchet on Jereziah, will the splash damage that hits a hero be increased by 32% if the main target was a creep?

Also, How does Runed Waraxe work with Jere's splash? I imagine it works just like you might think it would, in that the mobs around the creep you are attacking take extra damage. Is that right? Does that mean that you could kill non main creeps with a runed waraxe on him?

Finally, does the splash work with Hammerstorms inherent splash skill?

Would I be a "noob" for doing any of these things :)?

(I usually don't know what to get on jere after arcane ring, and maybe it should be totem I guess.)

Finally, is there a list of ultimates that the staff of the master works to buff, and the effect it has on them?

1. I do not know how it works in HoN, but the old skill in DotA was on a hero that could not equip the Hatchet equivalent. I would presume in HoN that if Jeraziah's skill is coded the same way as all other splash skills that it would work for him and that anything caught in the radius would take the bonus 32% damage if you targeted a non-hero to start.

2. Runed Waraxe applies 40% cleave to all of your attacks, Jeraziah's passive skill adds a bonus amount of damage every few seconds and adds a larger radius 100% cleave effect. When the cooldown is up I believe that your runed axe will splash for 140% within its radius and 100% within the larger passive ability's radius.

3. Runed Waraxes stack additively, Hammerstorm can in theory be splashing everyone for 290% base damage were he to stack enough Runed Waraxes.
