i had played earlier today, have not installed any new programs
when i start now, i see the s2 logo then i get a k2 error asking if i want to save a crash report.

i tried uninstalling it, restarting pc, then reinstalled

edit: i have also tried the 2 generic solutions on the wiki where you add the openGL to the target line of the shortcut and increased the user space

edit 2 : i just tried running the game on integrated graphics and it worked, so i assume the issue is with the graphics card, would anyone be able to shed some light why the game would randomly stop working when i had not changed any drivers or such. so im going to go play a game for now, then maybe update drivers and ill update this

so i just tried updating the drivers through windows and it says its up to date, and there isn't an option to roll back to.

went to the nvidia site trying to manually look for my driver, the automatic search function thing didnt really work, and for the manual search of the driver archive my card wasn't listed

it is a really new card, but idk why hon would just stop working, i even performed a system restore to when i definitely could play hon.
maybe its some sort of settings that i need to put on the grphics card

the display devices is showing the integrated graphics, but in system devices it says i have my 525m card

when i play games if i right click on it i get to choose which gfx it runs on, but i think windows runs on the integrated and most game applications has the card as default

Crash Dump
If your game is crashing, it will ask you to save a crash dump. Click yes. It will then tell you where it was saved.

Possible Solutions (in the given order!)
1. Update or rollback your video drivers (nVidia (http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-us))
2. Update DirectX (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3)
3. Remove Heroes of Newerth completely (this step includes deleting the HoN-folder under Documents!)
4. Download the latest client and install it again (make sure to install it to the root of C or whatever your HDD is labeled).
5. Switch to openGL mode (edit HoN shortcut and add "-vid vid_gl2" to the end)

i guess this issue is resolved now, for the past days that things haven't worked i would have to right click on the shortcut and select integrated graphics for hon to work, but today i didnt think about it just double clicked (which opens it using the geforce) and it worked

This is most likely a driver related issue, you will have to wait for nVidia to fix it.

However you should try running the game without any mods (your console.log shows you are using mods) and with DirectX updated (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3). In addition delete your startup.cfg in the HoN folder under Documents (make a backup of it if you want to restore your keybindings and settings after confirming the problem is still existing).
