K2 exepction

Every time when i'm trying to play hon (Dubble click on game's icon) It show error K2 exeption. Im gona try explain as best as i can what i done last days to help u to help me fix this problem. Im gona start with updating my bios. I bought new CPU ,bet my mobo (M2N-E) is kinda old and supporting only AM2 AM2+ and so on. So i updated her to mobo supports AM3 (version 50001) CPU's. Upgrading bios went fine and worked good with old CPU (Athlon x2 5600+) I eaven playd like 10+ games till my new cpu arrived and with game everything was fine. After changing CPU's (New CPU AMD's Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition) game is crashing. Reinstaling game and OS didn't helped at all. Driver upgrading too. Downgrading (I started with 2010 august old driver and nvidias newest) didnt helped too. As attachments i added dxdiag, But couldnt add crash file because of 14 mb size. On dxdiag it shows 800~ mzh ,but dont worry. Its 3315 acualy. Im using PhenomMsrTweaker to change its speed! ^^ Every other game (BFBC2/CoDBO/Leage of legends/Starcraft2) is working fine with maxed graphics. I hope u can help me! Administration should look into this.
So after upgrading my CPU to 955 BE, i got only 800 mhz on each core isteed of 3200, so i needed to use special programs to get the right mhz for CPU, i got them work as they should @ 3200 mhz, but my computer settings still was showed only 800 mhz ( even it was working @3200), So what does do HoN - It scans Settings, he see i got only 800 mhz, so he just pop out K2 crash even trying run it, becose i can play games as BF2 BC @ 100 Fps.
How did i solved - I changed manualy My CPU Mhz, multipiers and Volts in BIOS now (Not whit special programs in Windows) and ater reboot. Now it shows right setting - 3200 mhz on each core and HoN just starts fine ;)
