Lava Surge freeze

Whenever I stun someone using Lava Surge, my fps go down to less than 10 for about one second. I don't have any problems with fps, this only happens when I'm playing Magmus. It's worth noting that it doesn't happen all the time, both the fps drop and the frequency of this happening vary, depending on how many units I stun at once. I can usually get around it when it's just one hero.
I'm not sure, but this issue might be linked to recent changes in my graphics settings. I actually set most of them to lower, so that's why I'm surprised.

I did exactly as it says in the FAQ. However, I can't use the Console.log uploader. It tells me my password is wrong.
