Regarding the coins, could they be gifted to another player? (and no i do not mean like paypal for said account) i mean someone already bought them and then could they do that?

so tell me, is there a way?
i heard there was thru the forums but i think i wuz gettin trolled -.-

The only way to give someone coins is to buy them as a gift through the purchase coins menu.
