Very nice work! I love the detail work on the piece--however, I'm a bit surprised that you decided to go with a full-on brown color theme for the entire thing. It makes the details seem a bit washed out. If I were you I'd brighten it up a bit and give it a bit more contrast! Either way, spectacular job. :scou:

Edit: Just want to clarify that it's only my personal opinion on your piece, and is in no way a negative criticism! The brown color makes the whole piece look quite stylized and classy. :> You have my vote!

looks good, try applying some texture in your brush settings and it looks like.

also try starting with bigger brushes and gradually get smaller.

I really like the two facing off plus the dusty background. But the badge on the hat is really not fitting the colour scheme and the logo seems out of place, just leave it out. Its amazing to see new stuff from you.

darkuther: As much as I like how dynamic your work is in general, I really think you could work on the solidity of your forms. Your edges are all very ragged and your rendering is rather rough; this isn't bad per say, but a couple of clean and sharply defined planes and edges around your focus points (which is often the face) would really push your work up to the next level.

Details like that are not really important until you get the base down right, and the base was what I focused on. But hey if it makes you happy ;). I don't actually know the exact markings, haven't looked up the original art.
