havent been able to update in a long time

okay im tired of this bull**** now this have been the same since like a month now.. i can't update when it comes to that black screen where its a white loading bar AFTER it update ingame. It crashes, i have NO idea what causes it and ive looked up the forums and havent found any help at all, fix this thing cause this is stupid. wasted 30 bucks on a game that won't even update. ive downloaded a newer version by downloading the game again and reinstalled it.. but now 1 day after that there is an new update and the same problem! how can i fix this.. posted my console log

intel(r) cre(tm)2 duo CPU e4500 @ 2.20GHZ
3400 RAM
geforce 8500 gt
