Freezes after saying yes to 2.0.8 update

Whenever I attempt to update Hon to 2.0.8 via either the login screen, or the notification pane, halfway through the animation (the two cogs moving into the middle) it stops, and the characters on the welcome screen all stop moving as well. The game (not my computer) freezes entirely, and clicking on the game screen with my mouse brings up the windows close program/wait/find solution window.

Let me know any additional information that would be helpful.

A fix for this would be great, but otherwise, is my only alternative a fresh install of hon?

DO you still have this problem? I had the same problem but it eventually kicked in. The freezing seemed to come with the HTTP request from the download server.
