No Shield on forum

Hey guys, can someone explain to me why I never got the shield under my name for pre-ordering the game?

I have asked a mod and he was unsure as to how he could help.

Is there a User CP setting that I'm missing or something?

Did your credit card have money on it to pay for it? Like do you have a recipt? That could be it

I have done that multiple times, to no avail.

I have a receipt saying that I have paid for the game and like I said I have the shield in game.
