From 4-5 days i have huge fps drops. Only 15-20 fps when im on lane and in big team battles there is max 5 fps. Just ~~ before latest patches all was good. No lag spikes/ always ~~40+ fps. Now it's unplayable. No matter what settings are( all low/all high ) always fps is almost same 5-25 fps.
I tried this:

and as i follow instructions from first part of post ( reinstall, no virus, normal temperature, newest drivers),this doesn't solved problem.
So as i step foward and played 1 practice game, and accidentally all was good, but:
- i don't run any p2p programs,
- internet 10mb/s,
- there's no firewall.
So i dont think this is problem, but if there is all ok on practice i don't know what to do. Of course i had a router and there was 2 computers, but i get rid of it 2-3 weeks ago. My ping is always around 50-150 on eu and ~~200 on use. All was good just few days ago, now it's unplayable ( on pracice all is good QQ )...
My comp is:
9800 gt
E2140 1.6 ghz
2 gb ram
