When I want to join a game MM or pub whatever it stops at line YOU and wont join...

and after few seconds it says no response from server.
On mm its different than pub, because on pub I can find another game but on mm it needs sometimes to try even 40 times to join and i cant play with friends.
From someone else perspective he see down i right corner players(????) and everyone joining form 0-100% only me stay at 0 and it ruin the game
I hope u have the answer usually I dont have lagg or patch problems, crash reports... but I have this "problem" since when i created acc 4/3/2010 from beta stage(i dont know is this date from beta or when i bought it, its from stats).
