My computer auto shut down during the game

Hi,
During the game, my computer auto shut-down. I don't know what happen but these have happened every time. After I turn on my computer to reconnect again the game, it crash and quit the game automatically.
Can you help me to solve this problem?
I can't upload my console and crash (crash_2.0.6.2_000.dmp) file with this website http://tools.heroesofnewerth.com/upload.php . Can you tell me how can i upload it to you with another way?

I have uninstalled and installed the latest version of HON but the problem still there. Can you help me? My computer keep auto shut-down each time I play HON. Because of this, my disconnect status has gone up.

I have tried to upload my console file to your website, http://tools.heroesofnewerth.com/upload.php but it keep pop up a dialog box saying that:- You may only upload .zip files that contain console logs (console.log) or crashdumps.

Sample crashdump names:
(Windows: crash_1.0.6.2_0000.dmp)
(Linux: crash_1.0.1.0_02.log)
(Mac: HoN_2010-07-31-164537_macusername.crash)

I really don't know why I cannot upload my console file. I really frustrated with this problem.

Please help me for this.

Hi support,

Sorry for my previous information. Before that, I really don't know that i need to zip the file. Now i have already zip the file and have uploaded it to you.

It is fine when the game started, but after 20min, my computer shut-down itself. These was happened every time I play HON. Because of these, my disconnect status has gone up, either with my leaver percentage. I have uninstalled and installed the latest version but the problem is still there.

does it shut down on other games? what are your temperatures

I haven't try other game but I play other online game which does not have these problem. I'm not sure about the temperature because I don't know how to see & where to check the temperate.

Ok first thing you can try is to update your dirverss to the most recent version (they are out of date)

you can use a program such as speedfan or coretemp to check your temperatures

what is that mean? Beside, what recent driver i need to update? I really don't know.

Be sure to check the temperatures after approximately ten minutes of playing HoN while you are still ingame!

Then zip your crashdump (*.dmp - if you have one) and upload it to the previously mentioned website. Post the URL here.

Possible Solutions (in the given order!)
1. Update your video drivers (nVidia (http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us)/ ATI (http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx)/ Intel (http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx))
2. Update DirectX (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3)
3. Remove Heroes of Newerth completely (this steps includes deleting the HoN-folder under Documents!)
4. Download the latest client and install it again.
5. If the crashes and framrate issues still occur, try to lower your graphics settings and disable effects like Reflections, Post Processing and so on.
