Crash on startup

[Incoming]

So since today, I keep getting a K2 Exception error when I open up HON. It will never get pass the S2Games logo at the very beginning and then the K2 Exception error box pops up.

I'm using Nvidia 310M driver and I have the latest graphics driver installed. It was working previously as well until today. The forums say roll back to 260.99 WHQL graphics version and I do have that driver version.

I tried disabling UAC, run as admin, redownload and reinstalled, delete Heroes of Newerth folder located @ My documents, no antivirus, ect... Basically did everything it says on the wiki.
I even reformatted and reinstalled my windows 7 and HON still doesn't work. Obviously something is very wrong here and I don't know why!

Alright. so I rolled back my graphics driver even further to 258.89 or something like that and Hon works.

Ridiculous.

It says 260.99 is NOT compatible with HoN and you should rollback to an older version.
