Why do heroes get terminated after 5 minutes? How about after 5 minutes, you have the option to terminate your disconnected teammate. Perhaps you don't want to get rid of your fifth hero because it will lose you the game, or your friend's computer takes 7 minutes to restart. Why is it a problem for them to rejoin 10 minutes later? There is no difference between that and them sharing control for those 10 minutes, so why do they automatically get terminated?
My suggestion is for the option to terminate your disconnected teammate to appear after those 5 minutes, similar to how the AFK kick option appeared before. It's currently very dumb that you're forced to play 4v5 heroes if they disconnect, especially if their internet starts working again 10 minutes later.
