Avatars selecting

I brought the new avatars that is in the store Raven Soulstealer. But i can't select him for the game. i can select the new Deadwood. but just not the new avatars like Raven Soulstealer and the new magmus. I really want to know what happened.

Was this in a practice server?
Have you tried selecting the ult avatar in an actual game

there is a mod called Test++ if you could download that and use that and start a practice server you can try to spawn the ult avatars - ie check your resource file is valid

i tried the practice mode. but my problem is that every time that i click on the select avatar bottom, the selection screen just disappeared. i have went back to the avatar selection screen, click on the usual one. it says " current selection" and had outlined that usual avatar.no matter how many times i tried to select the new avatar, that selection screen just escape out by itself. and i successfully spawned the Raven Soulstealer in the practice mode. The only problem is that i can't select it. by the way, it's works fine with jollywood, which is the new deadwood.

You can spawn ult avatars in practice mode BUT you yourself (from hero select screen) select ult avatars, such thing is for ingame only

Have you tried playing a game and selecting SS and chooisng ult skin?

Yes i've tried it and it doesn't work. In every modes that the games has, all pick, single draft, stats, no stats , match making.

all of those doesn't let me pick the raven SS

#1 console.log (follow wiki as to where to upload it)
#2 remove the location you install HoN to (probably ~/HoN)
#3 remove the HoN settings folder ( ~/.Heroes of Newerth)
#4 download new client

I think what you wanted me to do is to uninstall HoN and reinstall it?
I tried it after i see your post and downloaded the newest 2.0.7 patch
It's still not working. After i pick Soulstealer, The window came up to ask me whether i want to chose the new avatar. After i click on Select Avatar under the Raven Soulstealer, the window disappeared. and no differences where made, i was still using the old Soulstealer.

i've followed the wiki site and i didn't find the file "console.log" in C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\My Documents\Heroes of Newerth\game\

Then please relook. if the game started it will make a console.log

This is what i have in my files

core, maps , cgame.dll , game.dll , game_shared.dll , resources0.s2z , textures.s2z

I successfully pick Raven SS for one casual game 28026262, but every other game doesn't work

THAT folder is the install folder and NOT the folder I have requested you look in. Said folder is metioned in the wiki, it is even in my signature
