Can't Reconnect + Question {help}

Hello everyone... I have been having a problem, during my last 6 games I have had 2 d/c's and I tried logging out and in and I still couldn't reconnect to the game and I also tried the Ctrl+F8 trick... no luck. If a staff member of S2 could tell me why I couldn't reconnect and could look over my account to wipe those 2 leaves (I can't play MM games now).

Diff-topic.. I purchased a reset of my stats but I left my MMR off from being reset and it still got reset... and it was at 1599 could I have it back to my original MMR before I bought the reset. Thanks!

For the first question, could you please state the matchIDs (found in your game folder as an xml file) of your disconnects. Or at least can you say what servers you play on? Did you disconnect from chat at any time during these occurrences? Did anyone else disconnect from the game?

Can you normally reconnect to games?

And lastly, what exactly happened prior to and after your forced disconnection (e.g. did the screen freeze for a while or something).

And if this happens in the future please report it in this thread or a new thread.
