Hello. I've been experiencing "Upstream Network Lag" ever since patch 2.0.
I pinged my computer, took a speed test and tried 2 different online games and experienced no problems what so ever.

I talked with my service provider and he cold not find anything wrong with my connection. The problem obviously lies with HoN as far as I can tell, so how can I fix this issue?

cogentco.com is having a problem with one of their nodes. This issue is affecting everyone that has to go through their backbone. The only thing you or I can do is to wait for them to get it fixed.
