lag (high ping)

hey

I know that in my country (Israel) alot of people have problems with HoN servers
only with "de" servers there r no lags, i dont really know why this problem doesnt
happen in other servers but from 18:00 until 00:30 there is approximatly 400 ping.

it will be nice if in MM u will choose "de" servers also, i hope u can help me (and almost all from my country) to fix this problem
