freez during the game

Hey,when sand wrath use his ulti the game freezez
and the game freezez for no reason...it happends between the the midle game to late games pleasse help me out.
my internet is 5 megabait`s
and my computer run hon perfectly
so whats the problems?

no,my freez is like that : all heroes moving in place and the game stuck
but i can steal chat ( with an 15 sec delay)
and i does happend when sand wraith ulti
when the game freez i need to recconect to play agian
after 2 minuts its happen agian.

When you get the K2 Exception, you should be asked if you want to save a crash report, please do so. Then zip it and upload it to http://tools.heroesofnewerth.com/upload.php, then provide us with the link to it.

You can't view them. You need the source code to make use of them.

*i had 5 more disconnects becuz of this freezez
lost like 200 games untill now. pleasse help me figgure it out and fix it.

What speed you're paying for doesn't matter if you aren't getting a good signal to the modem. For example, a satellite internet connection can have quite fast throughput, but 1s lag. Packet loss or ping spikes will severely degrade network performance.
